Charles created DDI International following his early retirement from the States of Jersey Police after 26 years service during, which time he spent the majority of his career in crime services as a qualified Detective at a strategic and tactical level specialising in the field of fraud investigations, asset tracing, money laundering investigations, murder investigations and illicit drugs markets including covert intelligence lead investigations.
Since his retirement from the Police, Charles has worked on a number of cases including bespoke Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Investigations profiling individual/s on an international basis, various Litigation Support cases of a criminal and civil nature including serious crime as well as fraud and money laundering cases and matrimonial cases involving Multi-jurisdictions and was also responsible for working as the Client Relationship Director coordinating Forensic Accountants to work cohesively with Legal Teams and Financial Crime Investigation Teams during international Fraud and Asset Tracing investigations as instructed by Her Majesty's Attorney General of Jersey.
Charles is also an Overseas Member of The Association of British Investigators, the World Association of Professional Investigators, The Institute of Professional Investigators and The USA Association of Professional Investigators
