Terence De La Haye
Terry completed 20 years service in 2003 serving in The States of Jersey Police after completing a long career in the armed forces in 1982. During Terry's career in the Police he became a fully trained and qualified Detective and specialised over many years in the field of criminal investigations and in particular drugs related investigations including covert surveillance operations.
Terry is a member of The Society of Expert Witnesses and has been recognised by the Attorney General in Jersey and the courts in Jersey, and elsewhere as an Expert Witness in relation to controlled drugs and illicit drugs markets since 1993.
Terry is able to act both for the Prosecution and Defence in such cases and since his retirement from the Police he regularly acts for the Defence in a consultancy role advising legal teams and providing expert evidence in court.
Terry is also experienced in investigations involving medical and pharmaceutical practice. Back to Key People
